Haumana: Backup Kula Application Page

Once the application is filled out your keiki should be enrolled into our Kula and automatically signed up for our Haku JS 2.0 course. They'll also be automatically enrolled for the fall courses. Once those courses are live they can pick the ones that work best with their schedule.
