Google Services

Our Haumana.io services allow the use of Google Login for a simplified account creation/signon experience. When logged into Haumana.io with Google, the only information we collect from a user is their name, email address, IP address, and Google profile ID. This information is only used to authenticate the user and authorize their enrollment for our classes. This information is only used internally.

Additionally moodle.haumana.io also integrates with Google Drive so that teachers can share files from Drive to their classrooms and students can store classwork in their Google Drive. Please note that by connecting your Google Login to the haumana.io system you are giving the haumana.io system permission to read and write any of your Google Drive files. However our service only accesses the files that the user chooses to share (either through a teacher adding classroom materials from their Google Drive or a student using Google Drive as a storage location of classroom materials). The Google Drive data that the user posts to the haumana.io system can be shared to our members of that online classroom if the user chooses to do so. No Google Drive file data will be accessed or shared without the user's explicit action. A user's Google data is only accessed and used as required for operation of online classroom functionality.

The Haumana system uses Google Analytics for information on which classes are most popular with visitors.
